Introduction To Halal Gelatin Products

Halal gelatin refers to gelatin that conforms to Islamic law and can be used for food, medicine, and cosmetics.

Halal gelatin has the following main points:

·Animal raw materials: must be edible animals (cattle, sheep, chicken, fish, etc.) that comply with Islamic law. Pigs and their products must not be used as raw materials, and dead animals, sick animals and their raw materials must not be used.

Cattle, sheep, etc. must be slaughtered according to Islamic law. 1. The slaughter must be a Muslim; 2. The corresponding scriptures must be recited when slaughtering.

·In the manufacturing process of the product, substances that do not comply with Islamic law shall not be added.

·The product storage complies with the teaching law.

·Halal gelatin must be certified by the Islamic certification agency of the relevant country (such as the Islamic Association).
