How to preserve plant hollow capsules

The correct preservation method is crucial for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of plant hollow capsules. Both manufacturers and users should strictly follow the prescribed storage conditions to ensure the quality and safety of the final product.

Storage method for plant hollow capsules:
Temperature and humidity control
Hollow plant capsules should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from sunlight and close to heat sources. This is because plant hollow capsules are prone to becoming soft and sticky due to heat, and should not be placed in environments that are too low or too dry, otherwise the capsules are prone to becoming brittle and fragile. The ideal inventory temperature should be maintained at 15-25 ℃ and the relative humidity should be maintained at 35-65%.

Handling of packaging containers
The packaging container should be kept sealed before use. If it has been opened, corresponding sterilization measures should be taken, otherwise it may cause bacterial contamination. This is because the moisture content of plant hollow capsules is low and prone to breakage, while they are prone to softening and deformation. Therefore, the moisture content before leaving the factory should be controlled between 12.5-17.5%.

Selection of storage location
Containers containing capsules should be placed on shelves, avoiding windows and pipes to ensure they are in a cool and ventilated area. At the same time, it should not be placed or heavily pressed arbitrarily.

Handling of special circumstances
If long-term storage is required, it is recommended to regularly check the condition of the capsules and promptly identify and address any potential issues. For example, if a capsule is found to be brittle, it may be necessary to adjust storage conditions or replace it with a new capsule.
