Making Process:

 

The Empty gelatin capsules size 2 are made of pharmaceutical grade gelatin, which meets the stringent requirements for use in pharmaceutical products. The capsule is made by forming a gelatin film on a stainless steel mold. The gelatin film is then dried and hardened to form a capsule, which is then removed from the mold. There are generally two sizes of molds, one for making the body of the capsule, and the other with a larger diameter for making the cap.
